Congratulations to our strong swimmers who completed assessments last week- great job to everyone who braved the weather and took the cold plunge!

Just a friendly reminder that the first day of practice for all swimmers ages 8 & under begins tomorrow, Monday, May 18th. Please see the practice schedule below-we’re looking forward to a great season!

A few reminders:

• Swimmers need goggles, a towel, and a water bottle (it will be HOT this week!)
• Please have your swimmer use the restroom before practice begins
• *Parents of junior gators: as an added safety measure, please be attentive to your swimmer during their practices. Thank you for your support!

Afternoon Practice

*Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoons (no Friday PM practice)

• 11+: 4:00 - 5:00 pm
• 6&u (includes junior gators): 5:00 - 5:30 pm
• 7/8s: 5:30 - 6:15 pm
• 9/10s: 6:15 - 7:00 pm

Saturday Morning Practice (begins June 6th)

• 7-10 year olds: 8:00 - 8:45 am
• 6&u (includes junior gators): 8:45 - 9:15 am
• 11+: 9:15 - 10:15 am

Weekday Morning Practice (begins Monday, June 15th)

*Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday mornings (no Wednesday AM practice following meets)

• 7-10 year olds: 8:00 - 8:45 am
• 6&u (includes junior gators): 8:45 - 9:15 am
• 11+: 9:15 - 10:15 am

Where do I purchase the team swimsuit/goggles?

• We recommend picking goggles that are geared towards swim team, such as Speedo Vanquishers, Sporti Antifog, or goggles of your choice that are small and cover the eyes. We do not recommend large and bulky goggles.
• Kiefer Aquatics in Cary (1231 NW Maynard Rd) will be able to get you properly fitted for goggles and our team suit.

• June 16: home vs Dutchman Downs

• July 7: away @ Preston Village
• July 11: Cary City Meet @ Scottish Hills
• July 14: home vs Woodcreek
• July 15: end of season banquet at the pool (casual cookout- kids usually swim)
